Apple has done it again…

It has just released a preview of the world’s thinest notebook/laptop to be available soon in stores.

At its thinest point, it’s just 0.16 inches while its thickest part (near the hinge) is 0.76 inches.

Although it is not the fastest laptop nor one with a huge storage capacity (about 80 gigs), I like some of the following features of the MacBook Air:

  • It’s great for travel (only weighs 3 pounds), especially on a plane. I enjoy my MacBook Pro, but it is definitely bulky to travel with on planes. The 13.3 inches screen is definitely helpful.
  • The new touchpad features (including pinching, stretching, three finger options, rotation, etc.) look great! It uses some of the same kind of touch features as the iPhone.
  • I like its wireless, bluetooth, and digital video outputs.

I know I can’t afford one [unless someone would like to buy me one...:)]. Nevertheless, I can enjoy it vicariously through the demo on their website or through some of you who could actually afford it.

Enjoy…if you can…

Charles, the way you peddle away at anything Apple, you better be paid by them or at least get something by them…lol

  2. I’m with you man…it is quite pricey, but still fun to look at.

Maybe my next book can pay for it, after all, I’m still rockin’ the iBook G4.

    See you soon.

BTW…Staples huh? What I’d do to get that opp.

    See you at Laundry Love.

  4. I just like the song on the commercial…

“I’m a new so I came to this strange world…”
