Our church, New Hope, went on a one-day trip to Mexico to serve several thousand people on the outskirts of Ensenada. We were able to provide services including food, medical care, hair cuts, eye glasses, and of course, extreme fun for all the kids.
Although this is only once a year, it was a great to bring a little bit of Christmas cheer to this area. We are currently working on more long-term, sustainable projects in Tijuana in partnership with some great ministries out there…more to come!
Here is a video I put together while waiting 2.5 hours to cross the border back into the US.
