		<description>I totally agree with this. It happens in all sorts of professions across the board, but that is not an excuse for it to continue happening, or for it to happen in Christian communities. The most frustrating aspect of this I think is when two Christian leaders from different contexts get together and have zero ability to communicate their faith to each other, resulting in a misunderstanding. With a background in communications this is very painful to watch as due to a lack of initiative leaders in the faith drive away potential and long-term believers a like. 
On that note, I enjoy your thoughts. Thanks for writing.</description>
