When I read the kinds of stats you listed at the top, I have a very visceral reaction and immediately want to leap into action (as do many of your readers, I&#039;m sure).  However, I wouldn&#039;t know the first thing about how to make a sustainable, real difference in clean water issues.  These questions provide a meaningful framework for understanding the big picture.</description>
