I was a youth leader from The Church On The Way Santa Clarita at Desperate Winter Camp. Thank you for speaking for us! You were a huge blessing to me, and my girls. We were all inspired to get involved in our community. The girls want to host a mom's spa day with childcare, and the guys want to have a video game after school event to connect with other guys who don't have money for video games and need a chance to just have fun. I've been wanting to start a ministry for 18 to 25 year olds who are not self-supporting yet and get kicked out of their parent's homes for various reasons for a few years now. This weekend, I realized it was time to start doing my research and finding out how I can help the young adults who are living in the wash under the bridge, or who are staying a different friend's house each night. Any advise? You really made an impact on us. Thank you! Hi!
